How to Find a service?
You can find the services you need by browsing the Fiverr catalog in different categories, or by using Fiverr's search engine and filters to find a specific service or seller.
Finding a Service :
Fiverr offers thousands of services. By using Fiverr's search engine, you can narrow down your search to find exactly what you are looking for.
To search for a service on Fiverr :
From the homepage, in the top search bar, enter the term you are searching for and click on the green search button (or press Enter).
Once on the results page, you can find specific filters at the top of the page.
The following are the most common filters:
- Delivery Time: This filter allows you to find sellers based on delivery time.
- Budget: This filter allows you to search between two price points.
- Online Status: This filter lets you know that the user is currently logged in to Fiverr's website or mobile application.
Seller Details:
- Seller Level: This filter allows you to find sellers based on their levels, from a new seller to a top-rated seller.
- Seller Language: Fiverr sellers are located in all parts of the world. Sellers can indicate which languages they speak, allowing you to filter by language and providing you with the opportunity to write to a seller in your native language.
- Seller Location: Since Fiverr sellers are located in all parts of the world, you may need to find someone in the same time zone.
Placing an Order
Once logged in, you can find a Gig by searching the site, or by browsing the thumbnails on the category or subcategory pages.
To place an order:
1) You must first register Fiverr before placing orders. For more information, see Creating an Account.
From within the marketplace, click the thumbnail of the Gig you would like to order (purchase).Note: If you have specific questions, we recommend contacting the seller prior to ordering by clicking on the "contact me" button available below the Gig's description, on the seller's profile information.
3) Click Continue.
On the next page, you can upgrade your order if the seller offers extra services. Click the checkbox to add a Gig Extra. You can also click on the plus sign to increase the quantity of the Gig you would like.
Note: Ordering extra services will be available up to 12 hours after you place your order.
4) Review your order, and then click Order Now.
If you have money in your Fiverr balance (greater than or equal to the amount of your order), it will be used first. If you don't have money in your Fiverr balance, or your order is for a greater amount, you can choose a payment option:
- If paying with PayPal click Continue and fill out your PayPal account details. Once you're done reviewing your order, click on Agree and Continue.
- If paying with a credit card fill out your details and click Confirm & Pay.
5) After your order processes, you will need to fill out requirements so that your seller can start working. In the requirements area, fill out all the necessary details and attach files (if needed), and click Start Order.
Note: The payment is held by Fiverr until you approve and accept the delivery.
Creating an Account :-
You will need to create an account to buy or sell on Fiverr.
To create an account:
1) From the Fiverr homepage, click Join.
2) Enter your email address and click Continue.
Note: You can also join with Facebook and Google Connect.
3) Choose a username.
Note:
(a) Your username cannot be changed once you've activated your account.
(b) Your username is your display name (within your Fiverr URL), so choose it wisely.
4) Choose a password and click Join.
You are now a registered user on Fiverr. An email will be sent for you to activate your account.
Note: This activation link in the email will be valid for 30 days. After 30 days, when logged in to Fiverr, you can click Resend and you will receive another email also active for 30 days.
5) Within the email you receive from Fiverr, click Activate Your Account.
